The master bedroom upstairs is light purple …with cheap wallpaper and cheaper wood trim. I think the colors are kinda cute and the fan is a nice touch. We'll probably opt for a darker shade of purple, though. It's also worth mentioning that there are windows inside the closets of two bedrooms, including the master bedroom. Very strange.

The paint needs to be re-done in the bedroom, and some of the trim is uneven or falling down. The carpet is filthy … possibly the funkiest (finished) room carpet in the house.

The tiny upstairs bathroom needs serious work. Apparently, the previous owner incorrectly installed a $250 shower stall, which caused the shower to leak down into the dining room. The bathroom floor makes me nervous … it's squishy in places. And due to the retarded installation, parts of the shower walls are still assembled backwards. So the shower walls probably aren't watertight, even though the owner tried to solve this with ugly caulking around the seams. The actual plumbing is fine.
